Why Do You like Drinking Tea?

There are so many people love tea, but why do you like tea？ As far as I'm concerned, tea has a great value in soothing, calming and relax people in their busy days. So, I would like to select one of tea drinking relax, sit back and empty all my thought. What about you ?

P.S. To those with stained teeth problems from tea--try Crest 3D White toothpastes, especially the ones that say they remove 90% or more of all stains. Also, stay totally away from toothpastes that have stannous floride, such as the Crest Pro-health ones. They can lead to teeth staining; but the 3D White, which contains sodium fluoride, should remove such stains, if you get them on your teeth.

I usually drink tea and coffee without anything. I enjoy the original taste of them. What about you? Do you like add something into tea or coffee? And what do you like add?

I have always liked tea, from the very first time I tried it, I think I was a teenager. I don't know why I like it, I just do. I crave my cup of tea at work, but I don't drink as much as I used to. I use a little bit of creamer and splenda, but I could drink it black as well.

It is soothing and always makes me feel better whenever I drink tea. But still, nothing beats coffee.

I like the aroma of tea than coffee so I drink it regularly.

I like matcha green tea because it tastes good and is naturally smooth and kind of creamy, I like the colour, and there are a lot of candies with it in them. There's also matcha ice cream, which is really really good.
Regular green tea is good too.
And they both have lots of antioxidants and help wake me up so I don't have to drink coffee.
