Things that make me angry

I was just wondering if maybe things that make me very angry could be because of past life experiences.

When I was younger I used to get incredibly angry whenever I saw films or documentaries about women being accused of witchcraft, like crying because it made me so angry, and I recently played the part of Abagail in The Crucible which made me realize that it doesn't bother me that much anymore. I also get very angry about corrupt police/government and people being done for crimes they didn't commit, also sexism is something I hate to death.

Yes. Probably.

Explore these feelings. The memory lives in the 'heart' - in the emotions - at least as much as in the 'brain' (mind).

Meditate on the emotions and be sure to write in your journal all the things that come up.

Try the Heart Center meditation technique. I have had a lot of success with it.

Mine is the gassing of victims of the Holocaust . I cannot comprehend it, at all . How that death must have felt , suffocating inside.

The first time I ever saw anything about the Holocaust I was about 9 and had been asleep on sofa but opened my eyes and dad had a programme on about it , They showed old film of people going into the gas chambers and the door slamming shut and promptly burst out crying and shaking .
