Resources for children who are having spiritual experiences

Since so many people are asking questions about their children's spiritual experiences, I thought I would share a few resources that are available on the web. Since this website already has so much information on children who remember their past lives, I am sharing information on other kinds of psychic and spiritual experiences that children have.

I'll try to add to this list after I do some more research, and I hope that others will contribute some more helpful resources.

Websites:

Psychic Kids Spiritual Experiences

This unique website is a gathering of information and people interested in honoring and supporting children who are opening to their magnificent psychic and spiritual abilities. They have a message board, email list, an annual camp/get-together and other reources.

Indigo Children

This is another good resource for information about children with special gifts and talents and who frequently are changing the way we view education and child development.

Pre-birth Communication

Stories and resources who those interested in communication between parents and their children before birth.

Also, please note that each of these websites will, in turn, link you with other helpful resources for children and parents.

Dear Bob,

Thank you for posting this information. I plan on checking these sites and look forward to learning much. As you have seen on my post in here and in the Dream forum, I am dedicated to learning more about my son's abilities. Only through knowledge will I be able to assist him.

I would like to ask, if we (parents) may post questions to you here regarding these matters. If not, please instruct me as to where I may post. I know you have much wisdom to share and I know I want to keep in contact with you.

Of course, you can post questions here. that's what this message board is for. Whether or not I or anyone else can answer them is another question...

Please understand that I am not a parent, my stepdaughters are grown, and I am definitely not an expert on children's spiritual experiences. I am mostly trying to encourage folks to share their resources because I get so many questions on this topic.

Ailish, i remember you mentioning in some other thread that someone in your family is trying to contact the unborn baby... Any luck?
 
My sister-in-law said that she feels a little boy with her, but hasn't said too much more. ;)

Bob has not been here for a few years. You might want to check out William Buhlman's books. In the second book The Secret of The Soul - he talks about children that go OBE on page 45-46. ;)

Does pre-birth communication include communication with your children even before they are conceived?

Elisabeth Hallet; the author of several books and the website above use to frequent our forum - back when there were only a few hundred members.

I just wanted to say that I visited the ChildSpirit Institute website and it is really an interesting organization.
They have camps for kids that show psychic abilities, have past life recall or just have parents that would like them to be open spiritually and to have some basic understanding.
I'm actually seriously thinking about the camp for my son this summer.
They are also trying to link parents up online. Like Deborah says, they have conferences all over.
I've sent them an e-mail and asked some questions about when the next events are and I will keep you updated.

Their online chat place or forum is called psykids. If you go to the Childspirit Institute website, you can find out how to join this online chat. I joined. The people are all really nice and have children that are a variety of ages.

Hey Vicki,

I just wanted to pop a little word in and suggest that you take a look into Indigo Children. I'm not sure if you have looked into that with your son but Indigo children are often misdiagnosed with ADD like your son. I know he's had past life re-calls and I thought you had mentioned other things that would be more on the "other side"...(ummm, I don't know how to explain that) like OBE or "knowing things."

Anyway, it crossed my mind.

It has been a few years since this thread was brought to the top. I thought perhaps new members might find it useful. Carol also recommends The Childspirit Institute.
