Reincarnating to the past

Hello, I've been reading this one thread about reincarnating into the past and like, it said that if you do, you might be put into this other universe where everything is the same but you can't change historial events. I honestly forgot what they called it :I sorry!

Now onto the question, I was wondering but could you reincarnated into the past like let's say I wanna be born in 1995 so I could meet this certain person. Would that even be possible? If it is possible, would that person still have the same soul?

Certainly possible and probably has been done more times than any of us can shake a stick at but ultimately when reincarnating to this world is forgetting so what gets changed by going back is likely to be small if anything at all. Time doesn't exist in the spirit world compared to how we experience it here so everything past, present, and future is all live and available there but things get complex very quickly.

I don’t know the answer to your question.
Because of lack of more information, I tend to think that once you decide to incarnate on Earth, you’ve got to follow the rules of Earth’s logic. We experience linear time, so that’s our logic.
It doesn’t matter if outside our reality Time doesn’t exist. It’s just that once you step into the bubble, all events will happen in a linear way.
That’s how I see this at the moment.
