Would you care to give us a bit more information? What's going on exactly? It's hard to know how to respond without a bit more information.


Past life memories come from your past life experiences, not from 'cosmic consciousness' in my opinion. But as I'm not sure what you're experiencing, it's a little difficult to advise.


Are you having dreams or visions or flashbacks...? Would you like to tell us exactly what's happening for you?

if you have 1st Person flashbacks / memories then it's most likely a past life. You are not this person or persons anymore but you were it.

You saw a photo and it gave you a flashback to an event in the past? But, what you saw frightened you and upset you in some way? Is this what happened?


Do you think it might have been a photo of you or someone you knew before? Or was it a photo of an event that you then remembered being part of? If you can try to explain what you saw in the flashback that might help us to understand.


But, most of all, don't worry. You are not crazy or anything. Past life flashbacks are fairly common, although people don't talk about it much or don't understand what it is when it happens. If you remember doing something 'bad', try not to be too upset. Whatever it was, it was in the past and it cannot harm you now in any way.


No, I don't think these kinds of experiences are 'cosmic consciousness'. A simpler explanation is that they are past life memories, which are, as I say, fairly common.

Often people might have past life memories of a famous event or a famous person, without actually having been that person. It could just be that you get a de ja vu feeling because you knew that person, or you were at the event. It doesn't have to mean that you were that famous person. It's a conclusion a lot of people jump to, but it's most often not the right conclusion.


Can you tell us any more about this at all? What exactly did you see? When you say it's 'first person' for instance, you may have been in a crowd of people at an event. You may not be the famous person in question. This kind of thing happens quite often in fact.

Yes, it is possible that it was you and that you are seeing the death of that person. Are the people responsible for the murder still alive? Was it a long time ago?


If you are seeing through the eyes of the person killed then in my opinion you are experiencing a past life memory.
 
It's hard to say. If you are looking at the dead body of this person, what is your angle of view? Are you looking from the ground level or floating above the body? This will tell you if you were a witness or a victim in this scenario.

Ok. Sounds like it could be a past life memory. It happens more often than you might think. It's nothing to get upset about, though, so don't worry. Can you tell us who you are talking about?
