Proof of the Afterlife?... Video

This video is amazing! This 17 yr old boy was videotaping in an old cemetery and captured a little boy chasing a dark figure. The boy jumped into a tree and disappeared (or turned into dust).

Thanks for sharing Meagan. Yes it is interesting for sure, but "proof," well... there are a lot of variables. I've always been some what skeptical of photos and videos, simply for the ease by which they can be manipulated. I have a friend who is really into ghost hunting and will appreciate this.

Thank you for sharing this. It is very interesting. I agree with Tinkerman, it is a fascinating video, but it is a stretch to call it proof. It was shot by an amature who did no further investigating beyond the video. One lady said his clothes looked dated, but I really couldn't make out any specific details about his clothes. I just looked like a white figure to me.


I have seen many 'ghost' videos and this one is very intriguing. It wasn't a security camera late at night when no one is around. It was in daylight with people all around. One thing that I looked for was to see if the people walking on the path in any way acknowledged or reacted to the boy. It didn't appear to me like they did. Again, thanks for sharing.

Meagan, thanks a bunch for sharing this video. Now I saw this video yesterday which I thought as sooo intriguing and interesting. This makes me think of maybe going to the local cemetery, taking my camera with taking a bunch of photos to see what happens. It would of been even more interesting if the person who shot this video had done a little more investigating.

Interesting... I watched it with the sound off, to avoid picking up any preconceptions, and I saw a little boy running right to left under the trees. He disappeared behind a largish tomb, then I saw a vague shadow move up towards a tree branch, then what definitely looked like clothing (jacket? jumper?) swinging downwards. My interpretation was that when the little boy went out of sight, someone swung an item of clothing up towards the tree and then, after a small delay, back down again. Maybe part of it had wrapped over the branch at that point. Hard to tell for sure.


For me, there didn't seem to be anything requiring a supernatural explanation.

I watched this video several times including slow motion and thought the same thing at first. But, in slow motion, I cannot see any other person in the area other than the people walking on the path and the boy does seem to disappear. Also, no one walking on the path is looking in the direction of the boy/tree.


I do wish the person who taped this would have investigated further. I would also love to have the technology to zoom in. Since this was on Fox News and has gone viral on the internet, I'm sure someone will investigate further. It will be interesting to see what they come up with.


I am like you all and find these things interesting which is why I posted it. FYI, I wasn't implying that it was proof of the afterlife... I posted the actual name of the video which is "Proof of Afterlife?"...

I thought the same thing Meagan... why didn't he go over there? I suppose if he thought it was real at the time, maybe he was too frightened. And yes if this has gone viral... somewhere somebody will have the technology to get in close and see if it was added. The other side of me says, what if it was "real".... why would this "ghost-child" be running through a cemetery. What spiritual purpose or meaning is there in such displays?

Quite - and what would make you think it was a 'ghost-child', rather than an ordinary child?
