Past Life Meditation with verified info!

Hello! This is my first post to this forum, I'm happy to have found it!

A few months ago I did a past life meditation: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dqqUjWRaS0g)

I was a little boy named Andrea (? at the time...) with old, worn brown shoes. The year I got was 1926. I was standing in the road in front of a long brick building that I knew was an orphanage in Kansas City, MO. I knew that I had died young because when the meditation pushed me to go to an older age everything went fuzzy. I also got the name Anna. At the time I had a subscription to Archives.com so I went to look up "Andrea, KC Missouri, 1926" and it produced a death certificate of a young boy Named Andrea (Andrew) Ingolia who died when the car he was riding in crashed into a street car. I am 35 years old and do not have a driver's license since driving terrifies me, always has. I was also surprised to see that the mother's name on the DC was Anna.

I must have stared with an open mouth for 5 minutes (felt like an hour!) when I found that certificate.

A more recent meditation of past life healing (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-r_1GDWlpf0) brought me to a boarding school in Bern, Switzerland. I was a 12 y.o girl with black button up shoes, and a pinafore style dress over a dark green velvet skirt. The meditation asks you to go to an event that may be effecting your life now and I saw myself walking into a wooded area with leaves crunching under my feet and the feeling of someone following me (a male administrator in a black robe)...I was attacked, sexually assaulted and later ended up hurting a little boy in anger, then saw myself riding in a black horse drawn carriage feeling very numb/blank and later was in a room where I committed suicide (by hanging, oddly enough I have a rather large birthmark on my neck & face). Looking up boarding schools in Bern, the one that looks like my vision is La Rosey. This was pretty intense, but I've yet to verify the info the way I could with Andrea, since I couldn't get a date. This little girl was very reluctant to give personal info or details, no name, no year. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to locate more information? It was/is a very upper crust school so I doubt this kind of info gets out easily. Riding in the carriage it felt like this was being covered up.

Thanks for reading and I look forward to reading all your experiences!

So it could not have been La Rosey that I attended as they didn't admit girls until after the 1960's...Perhaps whatever that location was before it was La Rosey? They added a winter campus at Bern(e) in Gstaad (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gstaad ) ...perhaps a family ski trip? I was definitely in a wealthy family, a lot of money but no love felt, very cold and aloof. In my vision I am in a library, perhaps where I shouldn't be, I leave...I go down a couple small steps across a primitive rock road to a grassy area with dry crunchy leaves into a lightly wooded area and am overtaken by a strange man in a black robe... I also am getting a strong sense that I didn't just injure this little boy, that I killed him and that he was perhaps my little brother. When this thought came to me I felt very nauseated...then got sick. Has anyone else had such a physical reaction to a recall? I'm hoping as I add more details the story of this girl (age 12) will open up to me more...I get the feeling after the carriage ride I am taken to be institutionalized...then the suicide later. How funny that after I take this boy's life, I am in another life where my life is taken early, as a boy at age 6.

Hey, those are some pretty incredible details that you managed to verify. I'm particularly impressed with what you'd found in that Missouri life, with that name being tricky and not the easiest to track down. Reading through these sort of verifications is always inspiring and I think it speaks well for reincarnation as a concept. Thanks for sharing! Interesting also how you feel about driving this time around. the idea that problems this lifetime aren't just... well, this lifetime's problem!

Good luck with figuring out that Swiss life, I look forward to seeing what more you come up with. It certainly isn't always easy. As for finding more, what time period was this life in?

Has anyone else had such a physical reaction to a recall?
Yes, I think there's more than one thread on this. Although yours is of course unique to you, as your experiences are, aches, pains, and extremely strong emotions do crop up for people in regression and when triggered. Personally, I had a particular sort of headache in a specific spot show up whenever I got stressed by subjects relating to one past life. How long did it take that nausea of yours to go away after it showed up?

The feelings are quite counter intuitive; but it's normal to feel disorientated, angry, grief ridden, anxious etc. And the good news is that with time, it does go away.

It lasted until late the next morning. I also was able to make a connection to the horrible migraines I suffered as a young girl, this Andrea boy died from a head injury...as I was resting I felt a pulsing, achy area in the top right portion of my head, where I think his injury may have been and where my headaches would start from. I'm still trying to digest this information and what it means, very curious as to what connections form, what mysteries are revealed....and what new mysteries arise!

Regarding time frame, based on my clothing and the carriage, somewhere around 1900 give or take. I am going to try to do another meditation and see what info I can get from her on my own, without the youtube vid. :) Also, though I was in Switzerland, I got the distinct impression I was American, and there was also something about France. It was all very vague information wise, but the visuals were so clear.

Thank you. :) I have been reading through your experiences...I must say it is amazing what you have found! It's such a strange feeling, isn't it?

Hi TMarie33

Welcome to the forum.

This is all very fascinating.

No doubt a little meditation work will make it clearer. Very interested to hear more.

Thank you. I will absolutely update as more comes to me...the way these threads are weaving together between these 2 lives and my own life, especially my childhood is almost unbelievable. The world feels different now...lighter?

Thank you! I hope you found it helpful / interesting. I still haven't gotten used to it..lol

I'm feeling a bit frustrated...I'm still not getting any clear info on this newer PL. I tried meditating with a video, and I get the feeling it's stuff "I'm" making up - none of the names make sense and I can't find any of the people in the locations I came up with, they seem generic if that makes sense. The story was much clearer but as far as real researchable info (names), nothing. This sounds weird, but it feels like "she" doesn't want me to know who she was.... I suppose I'll just wait a bit and try again later. :/

It could be for that reason then, that you aren't supposed to know and that most likely is that because it doesn't have any bearing on your present life.

I would then ask yourself about what you do know about your past lives and how they impact your current. By examining them you can create an opportunity for personal growth, which is why we know about such things to begin with!

And don't feel defeated. I've faced that "yes you were there but it's not important right now" thing a few times. It's frustrating, but things are the way they are for a reason.

Good luck! wine**

So, I am pressing onward!

I figured since I was a female at about the age of puberty in my vision I must have gone to a finishing school instead of a boarding school and this is what I found...

"The finishing-school tradition dates from the 1800s, when wealthy debutantes began coming to Switzerland, famed for its clean air, majestic mountains and multilingual population. Here, they would complete their education by acquiring the domestic and life skills needed to run a household – and to attract a suitable husband. The goal was to produce an ideal mate, someone refined and accomplished with impeccable manners."

Also of interest regarding my impression of something French, apparently at the time classes would have been taught in English and French! I personally have always loved all things French and even chose French over Spanish in highschool.

I wonder if we might have co-mingled with the boys at boarding school if the end goal at that time was to find a husband. I also now believe I have her year of birth, in my last meditation I got the year 1871 which would make her 12 in 1883 (3 years after Le Rosey opened). I just know I was at that school for whatever reason but now am focusing on finding which finishing school I attended (looking at photos, sensing my gut instinct :P ) and will update on any new info I get. I did come across a picture of a woman (while looking for a picture of the founder of Le Rosey) that struck me as VERY familiar and turns out she was an actress in Switzerland around the time I would have been there (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siri_von_Essen) I'm still getting used to these feelings of familiarity and accepting them...it just feels like part of me still knows, however deeply it's buried. I'm sure you can all relate.

Oh, another cool thing I found was this image, the style of clothing is from the 1880's and it's very close to the type of clothing I am wearing in my recall also very close in age and how I felt I looked.

I am doing extensive research for a series of books I am writing set in 1888-1889. Cars were just coming around, starting to be in towns along with horses, causing such laws as cars are not permitted to go faster than 5 MPH so as not to scare the horses.

If I can help you in those years let me know. My research is in Western PA but the town was very progressive, much ahead of the curve of most.

Your Andrea has the same birth month and day as me. Weird ...

A belated welcome to the 'Past Life Forum.'

Congratulations on your progress. To discover that meditation experiences relate to historical information is awesome.

I listened to the YouTube regression exercises in original post. I can see why the background music can evoke those interesting meditation experiences.

Any idea of specific CD recordings (without guided meditation) that play such profound/beautiful background music?

Look forward to reading about your experiences.

How strange! I thought it was funny the birthday was 3/23 because my birthday now is 03/03 (or 2 3's). What a fascinating time period to study! I remember loving this really old version of a model t type car that was a few streets over from my parent's house growing up. Like I would literally just stare at it. It is so interesting how cars play into this kind of thing, thank you so much for the resource. :) I may indeed take you up on it.

Thank you very much, and I'm glad you enjoyed the videos. :) I will see if I can track down the music for you, it would be nice to use it without the parameters the talking imposes, great idea!

That sounds like a strong past life clue. How many gears did a model T have and how did you shift? Maybe you remember at some level.

OK now this is weird! Apparently there are 3 gears as well as 3 pedals....and this is how it's described to get the car into high gear....

"Once the engine is running, the driver now has to make the Model T move on its own. Step on the pedal all the way to the left, move the throttle lever to "give it the gas" and gently move the floor lever forward. This is low gear, the powerful gear used to get the Model T moving. Once it's moving, move the right lever up, let the left pedal come all the way up, and give it more gas to shift into high."

:o

This is correct. I wanted to see if you remembered driving one in a past life. Because it was one of the first cars, nothing was standardized yet. No gear shift lever, no gas pedal, etc. The gas tank was behind the dash board! Someone who was old enough to ride in one as a kid told me it only had two forward gears, low and high. After low gear wore out people would drive uphill backwards because reverse gear still worked, and second gear didn't work going uphill.

I am doing some major research on my family's geneology and March 23rd keeps coming up as well as the first few days of March and March 11th. Births and deaths. So strange!

Oh wow! I don't feel that I was allowed to drive but that I passenged and was very fascinated (and a little scared). This fear of cars seems to permeate for some reason. Am I supposed to overcome this, or listen to my gut telling me "don't drive!" It's hard to know.....

Another photo that I can't stop looking at.... unknown European Girls' school 1881-1883.
