Once regressed, I found myself to be a young man in 1929 New York. I don't believe I was married during the time I went to. My current husband, in my past life, was my best friend. I didn't see him during the regression, but I sensed him. I got the sense we were close like brothers.
My home was a row house on a cobblestone street. There were three cars parked on the side of the street that looked like Model T style, but I got the impression I didn't own a car. Upon walking into the home there was warm oak everywhere. A nice warm oak color permeated the place. There was a dresser to my right with a doily on it and just past that was the entrance to a sitting room. In that room was a old couch and a green velvet chair. There was a tall record player and lace curtains. A woman was sitting there, I think it was my Mother but I didn't get a good look. To my left was a mirror and a coat rack. Looking straight ahead there was an oak staircase to the right just beyond the entrance to the room and past that was the kitchen.
I glanced in the mirror and saw myself. I was a young man in my mid-20s. I was wearing a newsboys cap, a white shirt, and suspenders.
I walked up the stairs to my bedroom. In that room the walls were pale blue and there was a twin size bed to the right with a plain grey blanket on the bed. To the left was a mirror and dresser and to the left of that a calendar on the wall. The calendar read January 1929. I looked in the mirror again and saw the same young man I saw downstairs. I had a strong yet soft face, a grey tweed newsboys cap, white shirt, and suspenders. I looked down and saw that I was wearing brown pants, and worn black boots. When I looked in the mirror, it didn't feel like I was looking at a stranger. It felt like I was looking at myself. I recognized myself. On the dresser was a wallet and comb.
I walked downstairs to leave the house and grabbed a sport coat from the coat rack as I walked out the door. I headed to my workplace. I was headed towards a factory or warehouse building and assumed I must have worked there until I turned and walked into a grocery store across the street from the warehouse. I could smell oranges and produce and wooden floors. I thought maybe I owned the store until I saw man in a white coat/apron who waved to me and smiled. I got the impression I worked for him as a delivery boy and that I had a bike parked outside. I asked him for a message and got the impression of the phrase hard work or work hard.
