Learning Disabilities/giftedness-Dyslexia and reincarnation

Hi. This message is for anyone with a child who has a learning disability that does not adversely affect their IQ. I am an Orton-Gillingham tutor, and multisensory math tutor. Since discovering my children's dual exceptionalities, I have made it my life's journey to know more about these remarkable children. I have not met one yet who is not remarkable in some way. My children are both gifted/dyslexic. My son is an old soul in the most intense meaning of the word. He has had many of the "symptoms" of having a past life. My daughter, is a much younger soul, and also has had moments of past life insight. Because of these traits I am homeschooling them. That, however is a long story. My quest in this particular message is to relay the fact that there are innumerable children with ADHD,ADD,and Dyslexia who are also gifted. It is not easy for teachers to pick up on a gift when children are struggling at school. It is a fact however,that children in these categories are extremely right brained. Scientific evidence has shown that the right brain in these children is larger than that of the general populace. Is this not the area of the brain that we access to help delve into our pasts? Would this not explain that their gifts are almost always of right brain origin? Does it not stand to reason then that these are the children who would be able to show their gifts, and tap into their past lives? I feel deep within my heart that I have finally found the link I have been looking for to explain the missing pieces for these children. Please feel free to email me, and let me know if you have had any of the same notions. I am dying to regress my children. Does anyone know if there is someone credible near Vancouver,BC Canada?

I have not read Indigo Children, but I ordered it from the library along with Children's Past Lives and Old Souls. I don't know why I decided to order any of these books. I just sat down at the computer on evening and-there you go!(Indigo Children has not come yet, however.) I did go to the website you suggested. VERY interesting. I am simply buzzing with anticipation to see where all this leads next..... Laurel

I just came upon your post, here in 2014. We have many similarities. I myself went to a phenomenal school for dyslexia, where I met so many unique and spectacular people. One of my children was born as, I like to say, a 50 year old man. Serious, introspective, super-sensitive, life is just plain hard work for him! I always wondered about his past life because of his pathological fear of water. He also struggles in school, though testing hasn't turned up much of significance. He is really kinesthetic. What ended up happening with your kids? And you?
