Last Night: A PLR to Atlantis

EarthAngelPLH

Past Life Healer®
I have a CD with a guided PLR to Atlantis. I had been nervous about trying it out because most of my PLRs have not been positive memories. This one wasn't a very nice memory either, but I definitely slipped into the hypnosis and had, either a memory, or was just looking into the past through hypnotic astral travel.

Anyway, when I first became oriented, I was aware that I was about 14 years old, and I was standing along a rocky shoreline collecting some type of shellfish from the tidepools. I had long black hair, mediterranean olive-colored skin, and I was wearing sandals that looked Grecian. I took my collection of shellfish up the shore and was heading toward a marketplace. I had a knowledge that I was going to be married by arrangement, and I was okay with this and happy about the prospect of being a wife. While walking through the city, I stopped and looked in the window of a house. It was a small, one room house, made out of stone bricks and some sort of mortar. The stone was light colored and sedimentary. In the window, I saw a girl of the same age who was fending off a much, much older man. I realized the girl had been married to this man via arrangement and upon seeing her being, erm, forced, so-to-speak, I started running through the city's thin alley ways that bordered along main roads where there were many Grecian looking temples. I was crying and shaking and realizing that perhaps the future layed out for me wouldn't be something that would make me happy. I stopped, heaving and crying, half bent over. And then the CD said that if I'd like to return to consciousness now, I could. I took that opportunity and decided to wake up. This is not the first time I've had memories of this girl, or the girl that was in the room with the husband. In fact, this was the most detailed version I've ever seen in which I was able to see an event play out as opposed to just "clips" ... So anyway, it was powerful, emotional and unexpected. I just thought I'd share it with anyone who's interested in the experiences people have during PLRs.

There's one other memory I'd like to share, and this one I first glimpsed in my teen years... The memory was of myself being a woman in her 30s, with children, in a middle ages setting. I, as the woman, was waiting in a long line to buy a loaf of bread. Around me, there were many people who were sick with plague and the ground was foul with feces, dead people, and rats. That was all I had of this memory in my teen years. As an adult, I went back to that in a PLR and was able to see myself successfully purchase the loaf of bread and return to a house with a thatched roof. I had two children inside and neither were sick. I then was able to watch in third person view as "me" started to yell at the children not to play outside and to stay in the house at all times because there was a contagious sickness.

Well, I guess I'm on a roll now. There's just one other past life memory I've had. So, for me, that's three total, including the Atlantis PLR. A memory I had during my training which was my first PLR (to learn the process), I had a memory of myself as a woman in the 1950s. I had on short heels with pointed toes that tied around the ankle with chiffon. My dress was white with bright yellow flowers and reached just past my knees. I had stockings on. There was a man there sitting at a desk with a typewriter. I could see skyscrapers out the window that looked reminiscent of Los Angeles. I knew that the man at the desk was a person working in the law - maybe a lawyer or a bail bondsman. I was his assistant or secretary, but only because of the gender roles at the time. I remember looking at the man, my boss, and feeling anger and resentment that I had to work under a man and that I couldn't hold a higher position or a completely independent position because of the culture at the time. The floor was wooden and there wasn't much in the way of decoration on the walls. At the end of the regression, I walked back through the door, and saw a fancy type of brass doorknob - this was the last thing I saw before I opened the door and crossed back into the current world and started to be guided up the "stairs," back to normal consciousness. And that's my complete personal experience with PLR memories thus far.

P.S. To Staff: If I've posted this in the wrong area, forgive me, and I hope the posts can be moved to the right area if this is indeed the wrong area :-/

Well, it seems you are a very good regression subject. Start keeping a journal and write all of this down. Regarding the latest regression: Except for the "famous" City Hall building Los Angeles did not have any "sky scrapers" before the 1960's. It's because of the earthquakes. By 1960 they had figured out how to build quake resistant tall buildings. San Francisco was the same way.

Regarding the middle ages PL: I have read that it was the Jews who survived the Plague because they had better hygiene. The Christians killed a lot of cats (especially black cats) during the "witch-hunts" which allowed the rat population to explode. The rats had fleas and carried the Plague virus.

The kind of shoe you're talking about was worn during the '60s, as argonne said. I think we called them "princess heels", or "kitten heels". You would have been oddly dressed for a secretary. Maybe you were going out for the evening after work, or had (wanted) a different relationship with your boss?

One more thing, the Christians noticed that most of the Jews were not dying from the Plague and wondered why. They then believed that the evil Jews had placed a curse on the Christians. This was one more reason to start attacking Jews.

I'm going to listen to one my guided PLR hypnoses and try to go back to this particular memory to see if I can discover more that might explain the location of the office and also - well, I'm hoping to be able to see a clock (so that I can see if this outfit I/she was wearing might be correlated with an after-hours time, in relation to work... Like if it was say, 6:30pm, she may have just changed in planning to go out on a date or something for the evening). Hopefully I'll be able to access this memory... I usually can tell myself at the beginning of the hypnosis what my goal is and then continue into that memory, but it doesn't always work that way. I think I am a good subject for hypnosis, but particularly because of my upbringing. I had terrible sleeping problems as a child and my dad would put on these guided hypnoses cassette tapes for guiding insomniacs into sleep which he got for free from a psychiatrist he worked with. Some were just guided body scan meditations for relaxation. At age 27, I still have all those cassettes, along with about fifty of my own guided meditation CDs that I've accumulated over the years. Oh yeah, this may sound silly but a friend and I got interested in hypnosis in elementary school and were using spoons and a library book to hypnotize each other in the private study rooms at the public library, lol, so hypnosis is something I've been personally familiar with since my earliest years in this lifetime.
