Did he really see him?

I had a brother who passed away from cancer 4 years ago. I come from a very close and large family. ( 7 children 4-girls & 3-boys)It was a very traumatic time for our family. His cancer was very rare and he suffered a great deal. When he died he was out of state at a hospital where they had found a doctor that specialized in his type of cancer. Even though he was out of state we were all there at his bedside when he passed, my parents his six siblings and his wife. Anyway what I'm really writing you about is something my son who was 3 at the time said to me about a month or so after my brother died. We had spent an hour or so in our backyard blowing bubbles and watching them float up into the sky. As we were doing this we were talking about their uncle and how he was watching us from heaven. After this we were in the car driving when suddenly my son said to me that my brother was sitting right beside me. I have always wanted to believe he really saw him but have usually put it off to wishful thinking. I'm beginning to wonder now.?. Could it be?

Oh, I believe children see things clearly that we cannot. I made a point of telling my daughter that she could see things that Mommy doesn't see, so she has to tell Mommy about it. One time she was sick and I was holding her in my lap as I sat in a rocking chair. she was sort of laying down all curled up. She said that two ladies came and that they were "making her better". She closed her eyes and sort of zoned out, and I sat very still too. After a while she opened her eyes and said they were gone. All of her symptoms were gone, she wasn't sick any more.

Just wanted to share with you something that happened to our family. We already know that children can see our loved ones who have past. But one time my Grandson was talking to the air so to speak, he was talking to his brother in spirit. My son-in-law ran and got the camera, an when the picture was developed there was a large white mist, right where the spirit was. I still have the picture. He was only about two at the time. As they reach about 5or6 they don't seem to see them any more. Because my great granddaughter use to see them too. But she is going on 8 now. She doesn't see them any more. Lorie

I'd like to share a similar experience that I had with my daughter, Katia. She is 7 years old now, but when she was 3 my husband and I were going through a big marriage crisis. Ever the perceptive child, she never seemed bothered by our arguing, in fact, she was often the one to stop our banter by saying "mommy! you be nice to daddy!" Anyway, during the winter of that year Katia was very, very sick. She had a severe bronchial infection--with 102 degree fevers. It was a horrible time! Her fever would usually spike in the evening when she was getting ready for bed. One night, I decided to have her sleep with me, as I wanted to keep track of her fever and wake her for medicine. She had been very sick for about three days and I was very worried about her. That night before I went to sleep I decided to summon some devine help. I had been reading about angels and how they do not intervene unless we ask for help. In my sadness over seeing my usually happy, active little girl, totally listless...I mentally asked her guardian angels to come help her get better. The way that she looked-- I was afriad that I would loose her!
That night I had not been able to sleep very well as Katia had spent most of the night mummbling and talking...and then all of a sudden, she sat up. She was crying and waving her hands. I couldn't tell if she was in pain or scared or what! I quickly turned on the light and she looked at me like she was just beginning to recognize me again. She said "mommy ... where are they?" "Who?" - I responded. "All the angels?" I was shocked! They had answered right away! I got up to get Katia a glass of water and when I was convinced that she was fully awake I asked her about her experince. She said that the entire room was filled with angels. I asked were they babies like you see in the pictures? She replied "No, Mom they were young people" I said ... " did they have wings?" She looked at me and kind of laughed "Mom, these angels don't have wings". She said that they had come to take her skating and that they were going to take Daddy skating with them too, but, oh--she did not have time to get her skates and now they were gone."
Katia was rearing to go in about two days... but the following night she had a visit from two of her angels again. This time she was with her father... who had been very upset with her illness and our troubles. He had been keeping her company after they had read a story and they had started to fall asleep. Outside there was a huge storm and a branch had been blowing against our house. At the moment that Katia was about to fall asleep she said out loud "Oh, thank you God. Everything is going to be alright now" Mark, my husband, said that a chill ran down his back and all of a sudden the everything was silent. No more wind.
The next day she told me she had seen two of her angels again. This time it was a boy and a girl and they had come to take care of us.
Since then (and not necessarily because of it) Mark and I have worked out our problem and we are happy together. We have a brand new baby --Andrew --who was born with Down syndrome. And with some tears he has also brought all of us that much closer together. (Now I need to find out the karmic purpose of Down syndrome...because I know that Andrew is here for a special reason.)

I just LOVE this story! What a great inspiration for any parent who has been up at night with a sick child and worried!

Motherhood is living in a state of perpetual exhaustion and bliss. And knowing your work is never ever ever ever done. LOL!

When my father passed away 12 years ago my nephew who was four at the time was sitting in the livingroom of my parents house before the funeral. He suddenly asked "Why is grampa standing out in the snow?" and then shifted his gaze upwards and said "Oh, there he goes, up into the sky."

Everyone who was there is quite sure he did indeed see my father peeking in on us to see that everything was O.K.
