Always Searching...
Reading the stories on this forum and in other places it would seem to me that talent and likeability are completely dependent on who you were in a past life. For instance, say someone is a terrible artist. They never had a life as an artist, does that mean they can never learn to draw, paint, etc. no matter how much they practice? Or if someone was an insensitive jerk in a past life and made everyone miserable, does that mean that they can never make friends because everyone will just pick up their bad vibes and instantly reject them no matter how nice they are?
It just gets me down to think that one or more of my past lives might be preventing me from making friends, or that I will never be good at something because I didn't have the "right" life. I also am confused when people say stuff like "Oh you chose to be this way". You would have to be either really daring or really dumb to choose a life where you are unpopular and have no friends and no talents. (I don't think of myself this way, I'm just giving an example)
Sorry for the long post. I'd love to hear your opinions.
