Hello! I am just wondering if anyone else has ever had this experience. I have 3 daughters;7,5,3. The oldest and youngest have had past life memories, but it's my middle daughter that I am a bit intrigued by. She'll say she doesn't remember "before", but since she was 4 she has absolutely loved crosses. I find this interesting b/c we do not go to church. She did go to bible school last summer, but that's been the extent of her religious experience. It was before then that she became interested in crosses. She sees them in everything--objects that aren't actual crosses, but sees the shape of them in whatever she's looking at. She is always correct. She has started her own collection of crosses too.
Then she started about how Jesus died on the cross. I figured out she got that from her grandparents. She then in a joking, but adament way, would start to say how she didn't want to talk about Jesus, but then would talk about him.
Last night she asked her little sister to tell her about a time "before" and then when it was her turn she talked about Jesus and how the mean people killed him because they (mean people) wanted all the attention and all the love, but Jesus got all the attention and love and thats why they killed him. Then she said that the mean people were very rich and had dark hair and that she didn't like rich people because that's not what it's about. I then told her that rich people are like everyone else, some are nice and some are mean. I don't know what consitutes rich to a 5 year old. But, she definitely knows that Jesus was about love. I then said to her that some people think you have to believe in Jesus to get to God. She laughed and said, "that's not true." I smiled. (She found a picture at a garage sale, for free, that was of Jesus and the cross. She asked me to hang it abover her bed. ) So, after that conversation she stood up on her bed and kissed the picture of Jesus. I'm thinking she was probably a nun at some point.
I just find it fascinating that children who are not exposed to church somehow still can have a connection. I will say I do talk about God. My oldest talks to her angel and they all see aura's. I am very lucky and always in awe over their openess--
Anyone else out there have a child that loves crosses/Jesus w/out your going to church? Oh, her room is painted with clouds, but her collection is crosses that hang on her walls.
Peace-
