Hi and welcome!!
You're off to a great start, journaling is the way to go!
While "they" say that most dreams contain negative emotional content, I've found the ones that are linked to a past life are the ones you can't shake off; you just can't seem to get up and say "oh it was only a dream"...
Has there been any research done on things like ADD / ADHD, allergies and other things?
I know primarily we look for physical damage that manifests itself in the next life in one form or another. But from my research, I feel quite certain that my son and I both had ADD in our past lives. That...
Hello and welcome :)
I agree with others, it not so much to worry about why but rather how you can learn from this and or turn it into a positive for yourself :) Many, many great things have come from people who have suffered one adversity or another.
Wow that's really cool and thanks for sharing!
I too have tried and not really received much in the way from self regressions. So please keep it up and let us know what else you find
I never said anything out loud directly related to a past life.

And I don't identify as transgender or anything. I think my having...
Try researching the time period and location, that may spur something in.
Also try programming yourself for dreams and meditation. That's worked for me a few times.
The feelings are quite counter intuitive; but it's normal to feel disorientated, angry, grief ridden, anxious etc. And the good news is that with time, it does go away.
Well you just need to keep up with the research... You said mount tai and I've been reading its the most important site in taosim. And the color gray is related to it. Shandong (the province mount tai is in) was the place of the boxer rebellion..
You've got some very good pieces here to go...
Here's a tip.. Do some research on the sino Japanese war in the mount tai region. From my two second Google it seems there was a Japanese occupation of the area.
Monks also didn't normally wear Manchu robes. So its possible that you were hired to build the pagoda or perhaps became a monk after the fruit selling memory.
