Dear Ukwood,
I'm sorry things have been tough lately and want to send you at least a virtual hug. Although my daughter is doing much better than when we started on this road, once in a while she'll remember things and wake up with nightmares as well. Just a couple nights ago she was crying...
Nightmares
Hi Friends!
Just a quick update because I think it's important I keep informing you of what's going on with my daughter. I was talking recently to a friend about her and remembering all that happened last year. The difference is simply amazing, night and day really. I think the...
I am a firm believer that remembering a past life gives us a chance to recover from past traumas. Definitely recommend you read Carol's book, it's a life saver. You can help your daughter process her past death so that in this life she doesn't have to carry that with her always. So she doesn't...
hi,
I have a 3-year-old who started reliving her past life at 2 and it was really scary. More so because they don't seem to be able to recognize past from present. But if your child is remembering is because he needs to get past the trauma of losing her mom, and he'll need your reassurance...
My little one is fine now
My dear friends,
Sorry I've been absent for so long. So much has been going on that I don´t even know where to begin. We had to leave the country in South America where we were living and moved to the States. It was a painful move because we left due to political...
Thanks so much for the encouragement and support on the school thing... :D Sometimes is hard to make decisions based on an issue that you can't really share with everyone, but I knew you would understand... Our priority right now is that my daughter gets her past life out of her system, in a...
Dear Ukwood,
I'm so happy your boy is doing so much better, but also that the drawing thing helped! It brought tears to my eyes. We are so lucky we came into this together and have been able to help each other. My daughter is also doing better (just posted an update). One day at a time, right...
Dear Friends,
As I watch my daughter dance here in our living room, I cannot but be happy for all the leaps and progress we've made as a family these past months. I owe you an update...
Two big events happened... First, my daughter finally remembered her death. In the beginning I wasn't so...
Thank you, tanguerra! That gives me a lot of hope...
Well, we still seem to be making progress and Carol, thanks to your book, sometimes we are making strides. I don´t have the best memory, but when things from your book need to kick in, they just do!
My daughter for a couple of nights...
Hi Ukwood,
I am totally convinced that at this age, there is no best therapist than you, as a mom. It´s 80% instinct, don´t you think? I think it´s also wonderful that we are learning from each other in this process (as well as from this forum´s friends and Carol, of course). I used your more...
Thank you guys! Thank you, Carol! It´s funny you say that... A dear friend who reads Tarot cards told me the other day, "I think she´s going to be a healer... Maybe that´s why she went through all of that herself."
peace to all,
sofia
My dear friends,
We are making progress!! Ok, so this is definitely a big breakthrough. As I told you before, my daughter a few months ago, could not differentiate between past and present, she had no sense of time. About a month ago, I think, she started to understand the words "yesterday"...
hello everyone!
So... Today I think we moved forward a bit... My daughter was having a bad day, being very angry, very upset. She did talk a bit in the morning about her past life, something terrible she hadn't mentioned before... Triggered by construction sounds next door. I swear I've never...
hi Ukwood!
I looooove reading about how your boy is making progress!! It gives me tons of hope. The whole thing about the trampoline is amazing...
Thanks for your kind words. I will try to keep in tune with my instincts.
peace,
sofia
My goodness... I swear I wouldn't know what to do without your help, Carol, and forum friends (I got a hug on another separate thread...). It makes me feel... normal.
Carol said, "Remember that you are talking to your daughter, but you are also talking to her on her soul's level. Sometimes...
Sorry... I forgot to mention the whole point of the story. So, these past two days, when she remembers things she gets extremely angry and irritable, to the point that she tries to hit me or slap me. And stays irritable all day, doesn´t like to be held, hugged... I have to slowly walk my way...
