If they truly loved you, then there is no reason to believe they would ever do something that makes you uncomfortable in the first place.

To be honest, I feel like physical traits should not be used as an indicator of past lives alone. But again, there are some expressions and mannerisms that remain the same throughout lifetimes.

I just tested that website with images of me and my parents. I don't think it's super accurate and I also noticed that the supposed similarities vary depending on which photo you use.

I did my past life regression on my own at home, only using a YouTube video to guide me. So yes you can regress alone. Past life therapy however, I don't know.

I never said you said that. I wasn't trying to start a debate or argument about it. All I was doing was stating my view on something.

I'm sorry, but I cannot buy into the idea that a soul would choose to have abusive parents, be depressed, be homeless, be raped, be murdered, commit suicide, etc. Or that they would agree to be a terrorist, dictator, serial killer, etc and be widely reviled by others. I feel like if soul...

I am basically incapable of self-meditation. Hence why I strongly prefer being led.

This is just another reason why I have such a hard time believing in soul contracts. I can buy into the idea that we choose certain life experiences to grow, but I cannot buy into the idea that people choose to live a lifetime just to suffer or just to be evil.

I do recall hearing on this forum a while back that Michael Newton wrote that evil souls get destroyed.

As somebody who has known so much of pain inflicted on myself and others, I would like to disagree. (Evil people are in the minority though.)

I have no clue, but I wouldn't expect there to be any DNA similarities unless you are genetically related.
