The day this thread started was my last day of vacation in Mexico, where I was on a busy rooftop bar and then down in the pedestrian street crunched among spectators of the parade followed by walking and dining in the center tourist plaza. Then hugging people goodbye. Latin America was slower to...
I’m glad you posted a lot because I for one could listen to (or read) kids’ recollections of PLs all. day. long. It’s absolutely fascinating.
BTW have you noticed the similarity in the sound of his names - Ian and Liang? I wouldn’t be surprised at all if “Liang” sounds even more like “Ian” when...
I have so very little PL memory/info, I really don't have much to draw upon. The example I gave was from one memory that made sense of my focus on animals in this life. My desire to learn more about my PLs is to try to put certain other things in my life into more perspective that I haven't been...
It must be difficult to remember horrible behavior in a PL. I too have a somewhat vague memory of being a horrible man in a PL and it was disturbing and confusing to sit with his emotions, which are completely opposite to me now.
Thank you. I agree about the guilt and how it can be used to evolve and grow in other lives. How interesting that you have the perspective of past lives to help you know why (in part anyway) children are so important and why you’re in a protective role. These are things that ring true for me too...
Thank you. I agree with you, that we set up experiences on all sides - for example being abused and later the abuser, being female and male, etc. I appreciate what you say about us people being stubborn and how we can easily not recognize what we needed to learn soon enough. I do think that is...
What I’m wondering is if anyone feels like they’re carrying something from a past life into this life that feels like penance, karmic payback, essentially that you’re paying for a past wrong or misdeed? I don’t personally believe we reincarnate to be punished for past life actions, but there is...
I agree, there could be more than one PL represented. And the colorful ness of the clothing you (Jaimie) mentioned is very interesting! The strongest parts to me were the decision to take a chance and run, and the strangely happy and cocky feeling of getting the shoes. Both feel so unlike me -...
Anyone seen that show hosted by William Shatner called “Weird or What?” about unsolved mysteries?
I had an interesting dream and I don’t know if it’s reincarnational, or what. I’ve had 3 PL regressions in real life and didn’t feel successful in my recall in any of them, but there have been...
Welcome!
I remember back to about 1 1/2 or 2 but it’s hard to say. I go by how tall I was - e.g. a memory of when the lower kitchen cabinets were eye level and I couldn’t see over the counter. My earliest memory is my mom holding me on her bed, I’m standing and laughing my head off at my...
I’ve tried 3 regression sessions with a Brian Weiss-trained therapist, and listened to the Brian Weiss regression on YouTube many times - I prefer YouTube and self regression. Something about having to talk and give replies to the therapist took me out of it. I felt I got better results when I...
I haven’t. But if you read some of the Seth material (Jane Roberts, author/medium), Seth/Jane talk about “counterparts,” which may offer an interesting perspective. I don’t remember the exact definition, but it’s like a contemporary person who shares a psychic/energetic connection with you -...
You make a good point about the small village - as long as you fit in, you’re good, & if not, you could be an outcast. I did see The Village and really liked it - the writer/director has some very psychologically interesting stories (even tho some of his movies have been bad IMO). I’m waiting...
